Karinna began her advertising career through Interpublic InterAct program, since then, she has worked brands like Verizon, EmblemHealth, IBM and P&G in account management & now in project management. From 2015-2017, Karinna was the co-lead for MAFA New York and now is a proud board member of VivaWomen of New York in Publicis Groupe. Recently, Karinna was inducted in the 2018 class for the Ad Club of New York's I'mPART program.



Simeon Coker is the founder of The Indigo & Pyrite Collective, a non-profit that fosters career and economic mobility for people of color in creative industries. Prior to this venture, he was a freelance Associate Creative Director who worked on a variety of brands, from Nike to Verizon, at Digital, Traditional, Experiential, and PR agencies. This native New Yorker believes that equality is a human right that should be extended to every aspect of life, including our professional lives.

Kai Deveraux Lawson, uses her life long passion for culture, and 8 years of experience in advertising, to tell honest stories that shed light on the need for Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace. Her experience led her to launch the culturally focused platforms, Mixed Company Podcast and her blog, On these platforms, she shares her first hand experiences in life, travel and career, from the perspective of a millennial woman of color. 

In 2018, Kai has been featured on The Drum’s Exceptional Women of the World, podcast, David Sable’s Madison & Culture, podcast, and was inducted into the Advertising Club’s i’mPART Women’s Fellowship Program. Most recently, she took stage at the annual Advertising Week New York conference, to discuss her thoughts about TimesUp Advertising, during a conversation entitled, The Road to Safe, Fair, and Dignified Work for Women of All Kinds.
